Info: Shane has over 16 years of experience in virtually every facet of residential real estate. After graduating from Seattle University with a BA in Business Management, he began his career with John L. Scott as a real estate agent. He went on to manage a residential real estate portfolio for Washington Mutual Bank as a Senior Asset Manager and later became responsible for managing the team of Sr. REO Asset Managers and Default Specialists. After earning his Broker’s license, he became the Regional Manager and Designated Broker for eHome Realty (an internet based firm), gaining knowledge of on-line real estate technologies that he presently utilizes in servicing his clients. More recently, Shane was the Broker/Manager for the in-house Real Estate Brokerage Division at Fidelity National Asset Management Solutions, Inc. He was personally responsible for all property management, listing and sales of REO properties in the Denver metro region for Fidelity. Shane now owns and manages his own Real Estate Brokerage specializing in the sale of REO in the Denver metro/front range region and oversees a very talented staff of real estate professionals dedicated to superior customer service. Shane is also presently utilizing his technology background in the development of Listings.com and ColoradoForeclosure.com for added marketing and buyer exposure for foreclosure listings.
